FIT CAMP March 2020
FIT CAMP IS BACK and better than ever. We will be taken it to Rosedale Park where we will be getting our Fitness On. Team Building, Dancing, Playing, Working out with Weights and more is expected in this 1 hour total body workout session. Look out for them monthly with special guest instructors.
Cost is just $25 per session for or pay for a 5 week series only or $70 for the series which includes water & towel. Bring your own weights. There will be a raffle for a fitness tracker.
